Keeping the recipes I already pay for
By Joelynn · October 9, 2026

I happily pay for a couple of cooking sites. Good recipe developers deserve it. But I still want my favorites in one place, next to Grandma's card and that TikTok noodle dish.
The catch: many subscription pages do not share their recipe publicly, so pasting the link can come back incomplete. That is not a bug, it is the site protecting its work.
Here is what I do instead:
1. Sign in to the site as usual
Open the recipe you already have access to.
2. Take a screenshot of the recipe
Grab the ingredients and steps. Two screenshots is fine if it is long.
3. Upload it with Snap a photo
The app reads the screenshot and builds your Page. Keep the source in the title so the original always gets the credit.
It is a personal copy for my own kitchen, and the recipe still belongs to the people who made it.
